Returns 

You shall have the right to reject the goods of both adequate and inadequate quality; and we, in turn, shall undertake to timely refund the amount paid for such goods
You shall also have the right to exchange the goods of adequate quality for the goods of the same brand, type and purpose, but of a different model.

When returning and exchanging the goods you shall take into account the following rules.

1. Refusal of the goods of adequate quality can be carried out at any time before receiving them; and after receiving, within seven calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, subject to the following requirements:
  • the original completeness of the goods, its packaging (including protective films on the product itself) and the documents confirming the fact of the purchase are preserved;
  • the goods were not used for the intended purpose: there are no traces of connection, installation or operation;
  • the goods have no damages, except for those that have been noticed during the acceptance of the goods by the recipient of the order and recorded in the documents on the goods acceptance;

2. Within thirty days from the date of delivery of the goods of adequate quality, an exchange of the purchased goods for the goods of the same brand, type and purpose, but of a different model is possible, should the buyer observe the requirements specified in para. 1 of this section.

3. During the warranty period you can return the goods of inadequate quality and request a refund of the amount of money paid for it.
 In the event of revealing significant faults in the goods you shall have the right to demand a replacement of such goods for the products of a similar brand (model, stock number) or for the same goods of another brand (model, stock number) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price.
  • In the event of revealing faults in operation of the equipment, you should contact the service centre specified in the warranty card (our managers do not have full information and cannot properly explain the essence of the problem to the service centre representative; therefore, to avoid misunderstanding, we ask you to call a specialist for troubleshooting independently).
  • In the event of revealing a manufacturing defect in the product (which should be confirmed by the Report on the technical condition of the authorized service centre), you shall have a right to exchange or return the goods within the entire warranty period.

Upon the expiry of this period, the requests to exchange or return the goods shall be satisfied (provided there is a Report on the technical condition of the authorized service centre) in one of the following cases:
  • upon detection of a significant fault (during the entire warranty period or service life). A significant fault is a fault that shows up repeatedly or is nonremovable;
  • in case of violation by the service centre of the statutory periods (45 days) for eliminating the faults (within the entire warranty period);
  • if it is impossible to use the goods for more than 30 days within each year of the warranty period due to a repeated elimination of various faults.
